- Valid work permit for Belgium

Role Overview The company is seeking an experienced IT Service Engineer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing top-notch IT support and solutions to our Client's diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities IT Support: Provide expert IT support and troubleshooting to clients, both remotely and on-site. System Installation & Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain Linux, Cisco firmware, VLANs, VPNs, and Microsoft systems. Database Management: Manage and optimize databases to ensure efficient performance. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver exceptional service to clients. Service Standards: Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in an IT service company. Linux Proficiency: Proficiency or certification in Linux. Cisco Certification: CCNA/CCNP certification or relevant experience with Cisco firmware, VLANs, and VPNs. Microsoft Certification: Microsoft certification or demonstrable experience. Database Management: Strong database management skills. Flexibility: Ability to work flexibly both on-site and in-office. Teamwork & Communication: Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
