Workday Technical Developer

Bright Vision Technologies is a software development company seeking a Workday Technical Developer to contribute to its mission of transforming business processes through technology.

Requirements

• Design and develop complex calculated fields, custom reports, and advanced reports using the Workday report writer
• Build composite reports, matrix reports, and dashboards supporting business decision-making
• Configure and maintain business processes, condition rules, and approval routing across HCM and Finance
• Develop Workday Extend applications and PRISM analytics
• Build report-as-a-service integrations and support data export needs for downstream systems
• Configure security domains, role-based security, and segment-based security across complex tenants
• Partner with HR, payroll, and finance stakeholders to translate requirements into Workday configurations
• Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, calculated fields, and security models
• Support Workday tenant refreshes, regression testing cycles, and platform release adoption
